AccountHub sits between buyers and sellers so neither side can be cheated. Here is exactly how that works.
Escrow on every order
When a buyer pays, the funds are held by AccountHub through our payment processor. The seller does not receive anything until the buyer confirms the account works. If the buyer never confirms within the delivery window, our team reviews the order before releasing or refunding.
Verified sellers & reputation
Every seller carries a public reputation score built from real, completed transactions and reviews. Verified badges are issued after identity checks and a track record of clean deliveries.
Disputes
Open a dispute from any order page and a moderator will step in. We review chat history, delivery notes, and Stripe payment records before deciding to refund the buyer or release funds to the seller.
Report fraud or a scam
If you believe you were scammed, contact us immediately. Include your order ID and any screenshots. We action fraud reports daily and can freeze a seller's payouts within minutes.

Privacy
We only collect what is required to run the marketplace: your email, your profile details, and the payment information your card issuer needs. Payment card data is processed by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. We do not sell personal data.
